30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return by emailing info@morrowkitchen.com. Under our voluntary 30-day policy, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their packaging and included accessories. There is no restocking fee. Your statutory rights, including rights for defective goods, are not limited by these conditions.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. If something is wrong, describe the issue so we can help.
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to our Amsterdam business address.
Pack your return securely and follow the instructions provided. Keep your proof of posting.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us first; we cover the return shipping costs where a return is required. Free outbound shipping does not mean free change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Where applicable law requires a faster refund, that deadline applies.

Statutory withdrawal rights

If EU withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, you may notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For a statutory withdrawal, we reimburse payments, including any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Statutory exceptions apply where relevant. Other mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.

Withdrawal notice

You may email: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” You do not have to use this wording.
